About all I can say is “WOW… this is totally amazing!”…  since I’ve been taking this homeopathic medicine (four weeks now)… it really has restored me to a new person…. I feel like I’m twenty years younger – or almost :) … LOL.

This is really is a “holistic” approach to health!  As I no longer have any occasional vertigo, or any “heavyness” of mind & spirit, and my overall breathing, sleep problems and my balance of health seems to have been completely restored!!

Of course, I know there are some “nay-sayers” and the typical “non-believers”, as there have been a few who have communicated to me, that this is all a “bunch of bogus” nonsense etc… as they don’t trust anything from anyone unless it’s scientifically proven?… and yet, if this actually works (as it is, for me)  and totally improves your life health… physically, emotionally, and helps change your mind-set and your overall well-being!… why not take the medicine and follow the good advice?

I’ve been to my family doctor this past week… and the result of my blood tests show some elevated cholesterol… although its not too serious to cause any need for medication just yet… but nevertheless I am taking a change in my diet and am doing more exercise regularly.

The doctor also confirmed that I can certainly play hockey again, and in fact encouraged me to do so!!… and to also keep active on a regular basis… so… WOO, HOO!!… I’m feeling so much better now, and that I’ve seemed to have finally “found the solution” to my health problem! 

It’s so frustrating not knowing what has caused all the problems with my heart, low blood pressure etc… as the typical diagnosis is to find out what’s wrong with the heart, the arteries etc… but not even one medical doctor thought about a blood fungus?, or a possible virus or something else in the central nervous system that may be causing the problem… as that seems to be my real situation.

Oh yeah I’m still following up on regular visits to the family doctor, annual check-up etc… so, that is not a complete forgone thing. I believe that they are often on the “manage disease” or alleviate the pain diagnosis… versus the “prevention of” etc.

Okay, now that the disclaimer is stated…

Here’s the list of homeopathic solutions I’m taking – it’s in three bottles:

UNDA products:
- Gemmo – Sequoia Gigantea
- UNDA 9 solution
- UNDA 30 solution

Simply by taking two dosages per day (AM & PM) –> half teaspoon of Sequoia Gigantea, with 5 drops of the UNDA 9 product, and 5 drops of UNDA 30 product.  Dissolve under the tongue for 30 – 60 seconds, per dosage.

Below are some descriptions of the homeopathic medicine:

SEQUOIA GIGANTEA:
- prostatic hypertrophy and adenoma, uterine fibroids.
- Gemmotherapy (Drainage ) A normal excretory system, such as the kidneys, liver etc., is insufficient or blocked when a glandular or tissue system is deficient, or when treatment well individualized according to the Similimum of the patient fails to give the desired results. On the contrary, worsening and the development of new problems, it is necessary to stimulate these organs of excretion systems using medication with no organic tropism or physiological affinities.

GLECHOMA HEDERACEA
- herbal tea which is rich in vitamin C
- general tonic for colds and coughs and to relieve congestion of the mucous membranes.- recommended to treat tinnitus, as well as a “diuretic, astringent, tonic and gentle stimulant
- anti-inflammatory properties
- useful in kidney diseases and for indigestion.

LACTUCA VIROSA- used as an anesthetic and a sleep aid- plant contains flavonoids, which have strong anti-oxidant properties.

VALERIANA OFFICINALIS
- is used for insomnia and other disorders
- Valerian is used against sleeping disorders, restlessness and anxiety. Valerian seems only to work when taken over longer periods (several weeks).
- uses in herbal medicine as a sedative
- It has been recommended for epilepsy but that is not supported by research. Large doses are known to cause withdrawal symptoms when stopped, as it, as well as most all sleep aids, may result in dependency.

TARAXACUM OFFICINALE- is a medical herb of the family Asteraceae (Compositae)
- is known as the common dandelion.
For gastric headaches, bilious attacks, with characteristically mapped tongue and jaundiced skin. Cancer of bladder. Flatulence. 

Though most people view dandelion as a pesky lawn weed, this traditional herbal medicine has a centuries-long medicinal history for treating kidney disease, liver disease, hepatitis, upper respiratory tract infections like bronchitis and pneumonia and joint problems. Dandelion (Taraxacum Officinale) can help reduce stiffness and increase mobility in degenerative joint conditions. Dandelion is considered a blood purifier and is used for ailments such as fevers, boils, eye problems, diarrhea, fluid retention, heartburn, and skin problems. Dandelion acts as a natural diuretic that enhances digestive system and can alleviate constipation and water retention. 

SEMPERVIVUM TECTORUM (Common Houseleek) is a perennial plant of the genus Sempervivum.  As a homeopathic medicine, it is recommended for herpes, zoster and Cancerous tumors. Scirrhous induration of tongue. Mammary carcinoma. Ringworm. Hemorrhoids.

COLUMBO ROOT This root is considered a specific in cases of colics, indigestion and against the effects of “mart-du-chien” which is the old French name for colchicum. The columbo leaves occasion sweat copiously when laid to the forehead, and will commonly relieve the headache; and this relief will be found special in many cases-to sweat away boiIs, inflammations and even old chronic pains.  The columbo root ought to be used as a bracing or tonic medicine; but it is both an emetic and a cathartic if taken in large quantities. One of the peculiar traits of the columbo root is that it braces the stomach, if only two or three chews of it are taken and the spittle or saliva swallowed.

PLUMBUM METALLICUM- a great drug for general sclerotic conditions- The blood, alimentary and nervous systems are the special seats of action of Plumbum Metallicum.- The points of attack for Plumbum Metallicum are the neuraxons and the anterior horns. Symptoms of multiple sclerosis, posterior spinal sclerosis. Contractions and boring pain. All the symptoms of acute Nephritis with amaurosis and cerebral symptoms. 

MENTHA PIPERITA Scientific Name: Peppermint
- known for its soothing effects on the gastrointestinal tract. Because it may relax the muscles in the intestinal wall, it may relieve cramps and reduce pain associated with conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome. – Aromatherapy is a type of alternative treatment that uses fragrances to affect mood and behavior. 

MELISSA OFFICINALIS – Lemon balm
- used medicinally as a herbal tea, or in extract form. It is claimed to have antibacterial, antiviral properties, and it is also used as a mild sedative or calming agent. At least one study has found it to be effective at reducing stress, although the study’s authors call for further research[1]. Its antibacterial properties have also been demonstrated scientifically, although they are markedly weaker than those from a number of other plants studied.

SALVIA PRATENSIS - Controls excessive sweating when circulation is enfeebled; of less use in phthisis with night-sweats and suffocating tickling cough. Galactorrhœa. Exerts a tonic influence on the skin.- Has specific action on sudoriparous glands. Quiets nervous system like Cypripedium. Right sided tearing pain in bones of jaw and temple. Pain in teeth and gums, worse touch, better warmth. Irritable and tearful. 

THYMUS VULGARIS Thyme flowers and leaves have been used for flu, cough, and breathing problems (bronchospasm and bronchitis). Some herbal/diet supplement products have been found to contain possibly harmful impurities/additives.

- SIDE EFFECTS: An allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

- PRECAUTIONS: If you have any of the following health problems, consult your doctor before using this product: heart or thyroid disease, stomach problems, any allergies. Liquid preparations of this product may contain sugar and/or alcohol. Caution is advised if you have diabetes, alcohol dependence or liver disease. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about the safe use of this product. Thyme is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using this product. AURUM METALLICUM
Aurum is renowned for its ability to cure the deepest imaginable depressions and suicidal states. Aurum metallicum, as a homeopathic remedy in the modern world, does not show much of its divine and sacred properties of the past. What has remained is the fact that symptoms of heavenly Aurum mainly occur at upper parts of the body – the area housing our mind, spirit, emotions and soul (according to most sciences, philosophies, and religions), and the most vital organs. The patient may feel no connection to life, existing in a dark and isolated void. Seeing a single patient overcome a life time of joyless existence and bloom into happiness after Aurum pays for every hour of our years of study.  This is a remedy that often suits people who are very intense, idealistic and who want to be the best and set high goals. When these goals are frustrated in some way, the Aurum patient will go through a period of tremendous irritability, and even violent ideas or thoughts. It is also a remedy which can be devastated by grief and disappointed love relations. Often the patient will have deep religious convictions.  Aurum is one of the main anti-syphilitic remedies. The physical pathology often involves headache, sinusitis, and heart disease.
